• You are responsible for maintaining accurate account information and protecting your login credentials.

Accounts and Access

Access to certain marketplace features may require registration, verification, multi-factor authentication, and an active subscription or assigned plan. You agree to provide accurate account information and to notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized account access.

Subscriptions and Billing

Paid plans, if selected, are billed through our payment processor. Plan pricing, included features, property visibility, and billing cadence may vary by plan. Unless otherwise stated, fees are non-refundable except where required by law or expressly approved by NexumSquare.

Acceptable Use

Property Information and Availability

Listings, photos, documents, financial assumptions, incentives, projected returns, market intelligence, and availability may be updated, corrected, withdrawn, or changed at any time. NexumSquare does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, timeliness, or continued availability of any property opportunity.

Platform Operation

• NexumSquare may update, limit, suspend, or discontinue parts of the platform when needed for security, operations, compliance, or product improvement.
• Subscription features, page access, property visibility, and marketplace limits are controlled by the active plan assigned to your account.
• NexumSquare may remove listings, documents, or user access if content is inaccurate, outdated, unauthorized, or creates legal, compliance, or security risk.
• Third-party services, including payment processors, analytics providers, communication tools, and data providers, may apply their own terms.

Intellectual Property

NexumSquare, its platform design, branding, content, workflows, software, and curated marketplace materials are owned by NexumSquare or its licensors. You may use platform materials only for your own permitted investment evaluation unless we provide written permission otherwise.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, NexumSquare is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or lost-profit damages arising from your use of the platform, property decisions, third-party services, data inaccuracies, or transaction outcomes.
